|Recommended: Yes🩷 Tradewinds — We have been at these apartments for almost a year now. We have close to no complaints. These are older buildings, so of course maintenance is due where it’s needed, but the maintenance staff is always quick and solves the issue usually same day We love the office staff too, they have been so kind and helpful to us. Anytime we call they will answer or call us back as soon as they’re able. I appreciate the cleanliness of the shared spaces, during the weekends it can get a bit messy from the weather but it is always clean by Monday morning before I’m even out of the house for work We have never had any serious issues, as in bugs or mold like some apartments I have been in, which is a huge relief for us. All of our neighbors are kind and respectful to everyone from our experience, 0 complaints there. We’re happy to be here another year knowing the staff has our best interest at heart.
